The Buddha first taught the path of individual liberation. In the Four Noble Truths he taught the truth of suffering, its origin, cessation and the path to contentment and freedom. He taught meditation practice of mindfulness and awareness. This weekend program invites us into the basics of being a dharmic person — an exploration of egolessness, impermanence, gentleness and peace.
