Establish or deepen your meditation practice in this powerful introductory retreat. This program explores the basic technique of mindfulness meditation. By settling our minds we begin to see the magic of the world beyond our habitual filters. We experience the power and fulfillment of resting in the present.
In addition to meditation practice, the workshop includes talks by one or more of our senior instructors, one-on-one and group meditation instruction and discussions, and opportunities to socialize with fellow participants. By developing more intimacy with the present moment, you can re-emerge with a fresh outlook on your life and your world.
Friday: 5pm Arrival & Check-in, Dinner at 6:30, Evening Program 7:30 – 9:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Sunday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
