Sunday Sitting Meditation & Discussion

Free and open to all.
Our Sunday practice includes periods of sitting shamatha meditation interspersed with walking meditation until noon. There is also a dharma reading, and individual meditation instruction is available for those who want it. We open and close the session with chants of aspiration and dedication. From 12:00 to 12:30 pm there is an open discussion about issues connected to our practice.
This is an open practice; you may join in at any time before noon and stay for as much of the practice as you wish, although we warmly invite you to stay for the entire session.
