Date and Time Details: Friday, December 15th is a travel/arrival day, with dinner and orientation that evening. On Tuesday, December 19th the program will be a full day, ending after the Talk. Departure is on the morning of the 20th.

The Rigden Ngöndro Instructor Training is designed to help Meditation Instructors who provide support for students doing the Primordial Rigden Ngöndro. The program will include practice and discussion of The Primordial Rigden, The Magical Heart of Shambhala practice text as well as study of Adhishthana, The View & Practice of Ngöndro by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. The Sakyong’s book Ashe & the Four Dignities and the first parts of “Shambhala Vajrayana Path (2008)” are also especially valuable as background resources.
