Qigong for Healthy Joints, Bones, and Tendons (Requires Q3)
Who does not want to have healthy joints, bones, and tendons?
Healthy joints allow us to move around our world with ease and relaxation. Healthy bones minimize fractures and breaks. Healthy tendons increase our range of movement and flexibility. A healthy muscular-skeletal system is the foundation of everyday health and well-being.
Qigong have forms that can specifically work on increased articulation of joints, strength of bones, and flexibility of tendons.
Using forms Qigong 1,2, and 3, you will learn:
– How to move synovial fluids around the joints to allow smooth movement and reduce friction, minimize inflammation around the joints, and decrease risks in joint arthritis.
– How to use qigong calisthenics to increase tendon flexibility, repair damages to tendons, ligaments, and muscles.
– How to use marrow-washing techniques in qigong to build bone strength and density.
When a muscular-skeletal system is healthy, we will be able to tread with a lighter step, move more elegantly, and navigate our environment with ease and relaxation.
Requirements: Qigong 1,2,3
