With Dana Fulmer
March 27 - April 17, 2025
Online Class Series
Regular practice of meditation practice helps us to discover equanimity and spaciousness in the midst of all the different weathers and energies of our mind, and in so doing to make friends with ourselves on a fundamental level. This class is for anyone looking to establish or deepen their meditation practice. We will primarily use the Pema Chodron text, How to Meditate: A Practical Guide to Making Friends with Your Mind. The foundations of meditation practice are also the key to deepening our practice, so this class is suitable for all.
You’ll receive the Zoom link upon registration.
