The Shape of Awake: Discovering balanced, effortless posture and spacious awareness in meditation and daily life.
“To take this posture itself is the purpose of our practice. When you have this posture, you have the right state of mind, so there is no need to try to attain some special state.” -Suzuki Roshi
Access the innate ease & presence that is your birthright. Transform your experience of sitting, both in meditation and in daily life. The Alexander Technique helps us to discover balanced, effortless posture and to release unnecessary tension.
