Dinners and Conversations
With Linda Weintraub
December 14, 2017
A Community Salon Series
Join us for a cozy evening of conversation along with a local and delicious homemade dinner created by our in house chef. This month’s conversation is led by curator, educator and artist Linda Weintraub.
Evening topic:
Optimism / Pessimism
Weintraub will lead a dinner conversation derived from the title of her forthcoming book: “What’s Next?”. While her book explores the future of Earth’s ecological systems through the creative lens of contemporary artists, the discussion will invite diverse ‘anticipations’ and ‘predictions’. Together, we will explore two questions: Will optimism or pessimism prevail? What form will it take?
Dinner is served from 6:30-7:30pm and the conversation may continue until 9:30pm.
$20.00 per person
*We would like to know in advance how many people will be attending.
Please Register.
